Refund policy

We at LazerBoyz want our customers to have the best in quality and style. We know you'll love our pieces, however, things happen and we understand.

All pieces and tech sold by LazerBoyz, LLC. are covered by a 90 day defect-warranty, against all non-negligent defects. Any piece that has a major defect, breaks, or malfunctions are eligible within the first 90 days FROM PURCHASE. LazerBoyz may extend the warranties' time frame at their discretion. A replacement of the piece in question will be the only solution. We will not refund purchases unless an exceptional case deems necessary. 

Customer must provide a proof of purchase as deemed acceptable by a member of LazerBoyz, LLC. Failure to provide such documentation will result in a non-warrantying of the piece, regardless of cause of issue.
